Admissions

The US college admissions​ process includes enrollment and fee payments. There are two types of enrollments – Main enrollment and Re-enrollment.

Main Enrollment

MSSAATech Institute’s Early College Education Program (ECEP) prioritizes a strong partnership between families and prospective international high school students. Our admission process is designed to ensure a smooth transition and successful academic journey.

Phase 1: Initial Enrollment

  • Purpose: Submit essential information to qualify for Intermediate Enrollment.
  • Action: Complete the online form provided.

Phase 2: Intermediate Enrollment

  • Purpose: Discuss ECEP program details and determine eligibility for Final Enrolment.
  • Action: Collaborate with MSSAATech Institute representatives.

Phase 3: Final Enrollment

  • Purpose: Complete final enrollment procedures and pay fees for program acceptance.
  • Action: Online form with be email to complete final enrollment.

Re-enrollment

Students who leave the program for a year must re-engage in the enrollment process. For this process, students will incur fees for each enrollment phase, admission fees, and a processing fee for re-enrollment. The below presents the requirements for re-enrollment:

  • Justification for re-enrollment
  • Recent high school transcripts
  • Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for completing the program

Fees and Payment

All international high students must meet various fee requirements of the M-ECEP program. Some fees are nonrefundable, and others will require repayments if conditions expire. Payments are acceptable in only US dollars or equivalent. Vouchers will be emailed directly to execute payments.

This fee will apply only to students officially accepted into the M-ECEP program as part of final enrollment. This fee includes admission fees (final enrollment fees) and processing fees, which must be paid before final acceptance into the M-ECEP program. However, the processing fees will be waived for first-time applicants.

As stated earlier, re-enrollment will include the fees below. These have to be paid in full before the enrolment process begins.

This fee will apply to students interested in pursuing undergraduate studies with partner colleges and universities. This fee will be paid at the beginning of the senior year in high school.

This is the fee required for the minimum program requirement. Families and students will complete yearly payments before the beginning of every semester (fall, spring, and/or summer) academic term per partner colleges or universities.

Important

o   This tuition fee could vary yearly per partner college or university. The M-ECEP program will ensure families have prior notice of any pending fee changes.

o   For additional undergraduate courses, because of the partnership, the cost per credit will vary (be cheaper).

This is a fee incurred by students interested in taking their course with a partner college or university in the United States during the summer. In addition to tuition fees, study abroad USA fees must be paid and will vary by college or university.

Payment

All fee payments are expected to be in US dollars or equivalent. Families of prospective students will be provided with dedicated bank(s) to complete their transaction(s).
